Parking is crazy. Only one spot for visitor but several tenants keep using it so there is not anywhere for our visitor can park close to my apartment. Most of my visitors are elderly or staff that works with me

I’ve been living here at Bayberry Crest Apartments for almost 20 years. (321 Plaza Dr 2004-2014.) I currently live in 272 Plaza Dr from 2014-present. I always think this area is very convenient with some shops to walk to get the things that you need such as groceries, household items, etc. The staff and maintenance is very nice and whenever you need them, they will come to you as quick as possible. For example, there was a bad leak on the hallway (which was the only time this happened). I contacted the staff and they came in no time to stop the leak, and done a real fantastic job fixing it up. They also do inspections to make sure theres no leaks in sinks, checking the smoke/carbon monoxide detectors to insure safety of all tenants. The area is pretty quiet at time, especially at night. No noises at all which is so perfect for peaceful sleeping. Overall, I have absolutely no complaints over the years about the apartments here at Bayberry crest in Middletown, Connecticut, and I would recommend anyone who is looking for a very decent apartment to move in to!

Residents enjoy FREE electricity, heat and hot water as well as ample off-street parking with some units even having a garage available. Children can enjoy the outdoors on the onsite playscape. There is no application fee.
