I like living here. I have noticed that the landscaping crew doesn't take as much pride in the back of the property as the front. The garbage piles up on the days they don't empty. Or people park in front of the garbage on days they do empty, but can't because people are parked in front. I have also noticed that some visitor spaces are always taken by the same cars.

Parking is crazy. Only one spot for visitor but several tenants keep using it so there is not anywhere for our visitor can park close to my apartment. Most of my visitors are elderly or staff that works with me
