Good value for price

Staff is always courteous and helpful. Building is a bit older and I get the impression that CSRE group isn't investing in enough maintenance support (eg, building needs new windows). However, we are in the process of getting new elevators and renovated apartments are aesthetically updated.

No consideration of any maintenance work despite long tenure

I have been making multiple requests to make some changes as the apartment condition is detoriated and I am willing to continue in same apartment. Despite of many maintenance work needed in past, Please check the things in working condition and replace old things which frequently needed maintenance for couple of months. I am willing to vacate and move back in,as well if that a concern.

Its okay.

Its a good spot but it still needs some work. The garbage shute gets full fast and not cleaned. The underground parking carage is not active and that is where I mainly park.

Elevators, stairwells, garbage area, laundry room

There are a lot if things that need to be fixed in this building. The laundry tools are a disaster. The machines need to be upgraded. Half if the machines never work. The garbage rooms are dark and no one ever follows the rules regarding large bulk garbage.
