PMC Property

I wish I never moved here. It is poorly managed and the staff is terribly inconsiderate and rude. And by staff, I mean the people on Pearl Street who manage the building. They are extremely unresponsive and careless.

55 on the Park

Hi - i'd like to point out a few issues with the 55 on Park building. 1) Parking lot pavement is in poor condition. Huge pot holes and bumps. 2) Elevators' floors were recently carpeted and old tiles were removed . Dogs bring dirt from the streets and elevators will start to smell. There was nothing wrong with old tiles. But if it had to be removed, why not re-tile it ? 3) Backdoor entrance to the building (from the parking lot) is constantly unsecured. The lock gets fixed for a day or two and gets broken for weeks after. Please address the issues.
