How long have you lived here? Two years What do you like most about community? I love the diversity of tenants that live here and the gym downstars. Would you recommend this apartment? I would only recommend it to a certain type of person, my car was recently broken into...it takes a certain level of patience to live in this area

No plans lo leave anytime soon

I’veblived in a few different units in this building. Honestly, working with the cusyomer service ataff ia like pulling teeth, but maintentance is very responsibe through the portal so it almost doesnt matter once the lease is signed. I love having laundry in my unit. The package room is almost useless- just get packages delivered to an Amazon locker.

Decent location

Lived here for two years now, the environment is decent. Outside of loud cars and people talking loudly on the streets, the noise level is manageable. They advertise the property with a call box but it doesn't work, it hasn't since I lived here. The building is cleaned each weekday, including washing the trash cans; which is always appreciated. Overall the building and location is generally well kept.

My experience at 210 Farmington

Ive lived here for 3 years now and this is one of the better places to live in Hartford. My apartment is in a central location, I can easily travel to any part of hartford and the highway is less than a minite away. Friendly neighbors, bustling neighborhood, maintenence keeps the building clean during the week which I appreciate. There are minor nuisances that come with city living but overall I really enjoy living here.
