I never know I could be so unhappy till I moved into Trident

Two years maybe three left here. Just buying our time till we leave this awful state. I must say I'm absolutely disgusted by Beacon Point management of back rent due to pandemic. My husband is the only one able to work and they won't allow OT currently. On top of that I have a compromised immune system so I can't exactly go work in this pandemic world. So here we are giving up everything so we can keep our family fed and now my question is, what happens with rent that people can't catch-up on?? Just gonna go and evict people who were paying rent till there lives feel to pieces. I'm aware you guys with evict us if we can't catch up. The real kind this to do is rent forgiveness BUT I'm fully aware your company is greedy, greedy, greedy. I can't wait for our daughter to go off to college cuz that means we are no longer being treated poorly since we'll be gone.

updates needed in the forgotten section of housing

I love the size of my until, the staff in admissions office are wonderful and maintenance staff are friendly and quick! I think pool hours should be extended or an adult only time after work and early a.m. , would be excellent for us that work normal business house. I work at a local hospital and by the time I'm home from shift, shower the hospital off of me and in my suit I have 10 minutes in the pool. I think many adults would appreciate a selected time block for adults only. Parking needs to be addressed in Trident Park!! Thank you for ar least filling in the pot holes, bc I was close to calling New Channel 8 on condition of Ohio (not in front of office,) Michigan, Florida and Georgia. The street have been HORRIBLE, which is a nice term to describe them for years. People have 3-4 cars, motorcycles, trucks, per unit...taking visitor spaces throughout all of Georgia and Michigan. They should have an outflow lot for cars or bikes over 2 per unit. I have also seen 2 bedroom units with 5 adults and 2+children, 2 adults and 6 children...which is excessive to say the least. So more supervision of tenants, guest and registered vehicles should be random and frequent. Maintenance from groundskeeping is very poor. Took 3 years to get leaves removed from carport, only to have all my neighbors throw trash n leave in my spot, since I work the most out of my building on Georgia. To where neighbors had to install video surveillance at children and adults causing damage to personal property that was not theirs. When people say " where in housing are you?" I tell them, they reply "the ghetto side, ah I see." Paying close to $1400 and people in the community call where I live the "ghetto" part of housing, is not a great feeling. I however am satisfied with cost for now. But changes need to be made, updated to keep more hard workers like myself here long term.
