Nice property, but for the money falls short
Very quiet and neighbors are friendly but mostly keep to themselves. Easy access to Denver and the Front Range. Walking/Biking distance to tons of entertainment and dining. The pool is great and this place has the best gym I've seen in an apartment complex. The bike/ski storage in the basement is a nice touch and the dog washing station would be awesome if I had a dog. The living spaces are comfortable with clean, updated appliances. The mail room and package concierge are clean and secure. Maintenance and general housekeeping could be improved. Exterior door locks don't always work and repairs are slow. The main entrance stayed unlocked at night for over a week. Exterior trash bins will remain overflowing for days. The office staff leave a lot to be desired. I stopped trying to discuss anything with them because I just get dismissed and I don't think I'm being heard. When I first toured the apartment I was told that if I applied for a lease that day and was approved I would receive a one month credit. This turned out to be a lie, that no such promotion was ever offered and when I brought it up with management I was told they would look into it. No word and I feel like I got bait and switched. The elevator was not working. There was someone in the office that I informed of the situation. I was told I could wait until the next day to report it or call the emergency line, no offer to help, or any concern. When inquiring about a garage spot on 3 occasions I have been told I WILL be added to a waitlist. I still am not sure I'm on any list, or if a list exists. When I have inquired about additional storage on two occasions I have been told they are none available until the audit is complete. It's been 4 months and the audit is still not complete. Can't beat the location and the space is really nice but for 1800/month, not including utilities, you can do better else where and if things don't improve I will likely not renew my lease.
Parking
Ridiculous that we were told we would be able to purchase parking and we’ve lived here for a month and cannot. We wait for them to “finish the audit” while we can see the mostly empty parking garage from our window and our cars are parked in a random grocery store parking lot where we keep our fingers crossed that they won’t be broken into.
