Great little neighborhood, love having a gas stove and laundry in unit. 4 out of 5 neighbors are all awesome, keep to themselves, are friendly and quiet. New neighbors are rude and disrespectful and keep having DV situations that are loud enough for everyone to hear and are very scary, hopefully that is resolved soon. Other than that one issue I love living here it is the best place I have lived so far in my adult life. I love having a front and back porch that I can have my plants on. I love the big kitchen as I love cooking and it gives me lots of space to move around in and whip up some very taste meals for myself and my loved ones. Overall place is 10/10 only downside is new neighbors.

I love the property that I live in. However, prices have been steadily increasing and I am unsure how much longer I will stay here. The unit is in an ideal area, the amenities are perfect, and my neighbors are great. However, I often experience difficulty contacting FourStar staff with specific questions related to rental renewal agreements.
