Good Option

There has been a decent amount of restructuring on the property which has caused some delays but the communication is good. Decently close to a lot of stores and restaurants and one walking trail that starts across the street. Local traffic can be loud but nothing the property has any control over. Renovated units are nice, pool and hot tub are quite good.
