Apartments

Since I’ve moved into these apartments they have definitely have not been pleasing. Maintenance people do not prioritize their jobs and come when it’s convenient for them to do so. But yet at 10:00 in the morning they are just sitting on their carts doing nothing. What if they have work orders? Now that there is a new manager they are mad because they finally have to do something. Multiple times I’ve had a certain maintenance guy claim “ there is complaints” on the type of music I’m listening to and comes out no one has put a complaint on me. When they come they either have an attitude or try to give you life lessons on either how to wash dishes and the usage of a garbage disposal or how to wash laundry. I know how to do that if I needed lessons I would move back home with my mother. Office staff is a hit or miss depending on who you get. Shandra has been the nicest person to me. The others have no interest in speaking with you. My dryer hasn’t been fixed as well as my microwave since I’ve moved in June. Parking is ridiculous. You can never find parking no matter what time of day it is. You have to probably park in the other buildings depending what day. Peoples cars are getting broken into for no reason. Security cameras are not around. Yet all they tell you is “ sorry, we can’t help you. You have to put in a police report.” The amount of rent you pay is not worth being here. I’m saving you a headache and I would say look else where. One month your rent is fine then all the sudden they tack on other things that makes your rent higher. After June I will no longer be living at these apartments.

Parking

I can never find. Parking close to my apartment. There are cars And motorcycles that don’t move. Cars that have had flat tires for months. I pay my rent in time and have one vehicle and can’t find a parking. Each apartment should have 1 dedicated parking spot.

Since May 2020 tenant

The hallways and stairs have a lot of debris and bird droppings and could use a power wash. The hallways via the doors do not get a whole lot of cleaning either.
