I have lived here for almost 1 year, and have been suck for the majority of the time. There is visible mold in my room.

Needs major updates. These rooms should not be housing two people. Way to small for that. Seemd like they only want money. Also parking should be included. Was tolf they ran out of permits this summer, but the lot was never full. Landlord is mean and seems like she doesn’t care. Seems like she wants to kick people out and could care less of her tenants. I’ve lived in some pretty bad employee housing, but this one might take the cake.
