Not happy here

I have not been a fan of living here. It's too expensive for what you get. They charge for parking in the public lot. It is practically impossible to get in contact with management and the maintenance team. The elevator is always gross and breaking down.

All of the plumbing leaked all of the time, maintenance was asked to fix it but only made it worse. Laundry room was out of service for most of the time I was living there. Moved out months ago and still haven't received my security deposit check. Staff ignore my emails asking for updates, and when I visit in person I'm given the run around.

Staff maintenance

The staff and maintenance do not follow thru on work orders I have to keep pestering the office to get things done and they still dont get it done the washers and dryers are a joke and I have not been contacted about access to the exercice room when the office said theyd contact me.
