So we are SUPPOSED to have working washers and dryers. For a year or more the washers and dryers in our building have been broken, and there seems to be no effort to get them fixed. Not worth 1600.00

It starts with the management!

Recently moved into Ezlyn and have been overwhelmingly happy with everything so far. A complete 360 from where I previously was, the management and office staff have been refreshingly efficient, helpful, insanely organized, and above all, always responsive and present. I'm sure there will be little things here and there as expected as nowhere is perfect, however, I am confident that the staff will be on top of things when I need them. The grounds are clean and well kept, amenities are as described and not falsely inflated. I am super stoked to be here and feel like I am finally home!

Affordable

The apartment is affordable compared to the neighborhood. The pools and the workout areas are nice, and the dog park area is a nice feature. I wish the laundry was in unit and that they had dishwashers but other than that I enjoy my apartment.
