Mostly peaceful neighborhood. There where a few instances where there was some shady stuff going on bhut for the most part everyone jeeps to themselves and are good neighbors

I love living at Northbrook Villas!
I have lived at Northbrook for 16 months. The staff is very friendly & the community is clean and well maintained. All of my neighbors have been very nice. The pros are a newer home and living directly across from the park, which means it's easier to walk my dogs. The con are my unit borders Marine Rd. which I affectionately call the Montrose Drag. Lots of traffic noise from people racing their little cars, trucks, and motorcycles up and down!

Jose and the rest of the maintenance crew are great and really good at fixing stuff. Its probably best if I don't comment on anything else.
