Railway Flats

We have lived in the railway flats community for the past year and love it! The neighbors are always kind which made it easy for us to make friends. The management and maintenance staff are always quick to help out when needed. Pretty easy to park your car for the most part. We also love how dog friendly it is here. The amenities are great, especially the gym and pool! The only thing that can be a little bothersome is the noise from the street, however we are on the 3rd floor at the end of the building facing so we probably hear more noise than most. Overall great apartment complex!!!

Great Start to Lease

We moved into Railway Flats Apartments in March of 2023. So far we have had great experiences with staff, move in process, neighbors and maintenance. The property is quite and amenities are well kept. So far we have enjoyed our time here.

Awesome!

My fiancé and I have lived here for a year and just resigned our lease. We LOVE it here, apartments are really nice quality for how affordable they are. Good location, nice staff and AMAZING clubhouse! It's a great place for people who are moving out for the first time like we were. Definitely recommend.
