What a great place to live!

Who moves across the country during a pandemic! We did. My husbands company instituted a new policy ( due to COVID ) to allow their employees to work remotely. We decided that it would be great to move back to Colorado. But where? Sight unseen and completely over the internet we landed at Watermark at Harvest Junction in Longmont. How lucky for us that we connected with Beverly and her exceptional team. Beverly and her team went beyond to make sure our move went smoothly. We chose a 3rd floor 2 bed/bath apartment, additional storage unit (across the hall) and a garage. The apartment complex has a beautiful pool, cabanas and a nice gym. What we liked the most though was easy access to walking trails. The complex has full time maintenance staff too. Colin is the Head of the team and does a terrific job. Our location at the Watermark at Harvest Junction gave us a great launching point for house hunting too. We were able to rediscover all the great nearby cities without having to drive huge distances. If you are looking for an apartment, I highly recommend Watermark at Harvest Junction. 5 stars all the way around!

Fantastic Apartment

This is a great apartment, with great amenities. Would love better maintenance on lawn care, and the plants over grown on the sidewalk. We love the fact that pets are allowed and super dog friendly; however, some residents do not pick up dog poo as they should. Perhaps this should be a service provided, as it is extremely frustrating for the majority of us who pick up after our dogs. Other than that we love living here!
