I found Contour 39 on a referral from another property because I was looking for an attached garage. I have never looked back. The staff is friendly and professional, my maintenance requests are handled VERY promptly, and the community is friendly and welcoming. In addition, the location right off Sweetwater park is a great place to walk a dog and I frequently walk to the nearby restaurants and Lone Tree Brewing. I've had a dozen or so apartments in my life and this is hands down my favorite.
