Not worth

Just not worth for the quality you get. If youre st 420 tje bottom level aprtments flood with excess rain so just be aware. Some top apartments also allow water in through window seals.

Nice Starter

Great place for a young adult looking to save money on bills. In dire need of a renovation & asbestos remediation. Aluminum windows. Faulty plumbing. Boxed AC. No dishwashers or microwaves provided.

Amazing staff!

The staff here is amazing! They are super helpful and always happy to help. The only downside is it isn't central air conditioning and heating, no dishwasher, and you can hear through the walls. The staff and maintenance make it such nice place to be.
