Decent Starter Apartment

Peaks on Drake is a very quiet neighborhood. The wood floors are lovely, and the apartment is just the right size. It is inconvenient, however, to pay for laundry in addition to the utility fees and common area fees.

So far, the peaks on drake apartments have been a solid home, my only complaint is the parking lot and the thousand pot holes.

Peaks Experience

I have enjoyed living at Peaks on Drake for the first month of my residency. The community is very friendly and quiet. The updated appliances in the kitchen is one of my favorite amenities in the complex. The location is unbeatably close to shopping, food, grocery stores, and the campus for students.

Good Place To Stay at

I started living here in February of 2024, I have enjoyed this area very much. The people here are nice and very open to helping others. Very dog friendly and in a centralized area of Fort Collins.

Its a nice place

The best part about where I live, are the inside laundry. Additionally, both Vanessa and Jack are fantastic people. They're always willing to help and just fun to speak with.
