Cory is awesome. He js very polite, fun to talk to, and is just a great dude. I couldn't be happier with a maintenance man who works so hard. The location is great. It is an even drive time no matter what direction I pick.

My partner and I have lived here for 3 months now, and it has been great. It's peaceful and quiet, the staff is respectful and friendly, and the location is perfect for everything from date night to shopping.

I've lived here for a few months and so far it has been a a nice place to live. It's convenient to most things to do and see in Fort Collins. The staff is friendly and efficient. It is noisier than my last place, but nothing that some soundproofing measures couldn't fix.

I have lived here for 2 years and have liked it thus far. Community cleanup is happening now, which is awesome. My neighbors are cool. I would recommend this place to friends, with the caveat that the pool is closed for maintenance often and the parking lot is uneven.

Have had a great experiences with leasing agent so far with communication that goes above and beyond. Apartment seems to be a great value and well located . Looking forward to moving in!
