Do not even think twice!

This place is one of the best apartment housings in FOCO, It is my fifth place to live in and best so far. Staff is really nice and welcoming!

Nice place, Cheaply put together.

Lots and lots of simple maintenance problems that would have never occurred in such a new renovation if they had been done right the first time, but all in all 3 out of 5

Great Place to Call Home

Overall, Stone Creek is a wonderful place to live and offers a lot for the price paid, when comparing to apartments in the nearby area. However, rent is still a bit expensive... I guess that's the unfortunate side effect of a booming realty market in the area. The gym is fantastic. Easily the best apartment gym I've ever seen. Does not just have your typical cardio equipment and small rack of free weights. But also has a leg press, two adjust cable machines with multiple attachments, calf raise, multiple benches acquiring all positions for lifting, a free-motion smith machine along with an angled smith machine, t-bar row, lat pull-down, stair-climbers, preacher benches, and more. The pool, however, is sorta ok. There's no "wow" factor about it. There's pool furniture in the area, but not many tables or shade... actually there's no umbrellas for shade at all. The pool itself is large and usually stays fairly clean... Either the hot water heater for the pool was down this past summer, or the existence of it was a lie. Still enjoyable to have! And there's a grill on the pool patio, which was nice to have. Maintenance can be hit or miss depending on the issue. Sometimes it requires having them visit multiple times to fully fix a problem. However, they're always kind and courteous. Front office staff has been great and always does what they can to be accommodating. No complaints there. Lastly, as I mentioned, my biggest qualm with the area is rent price. But it's more an aggravation of rental prices in the area, and less an issue with Stone Creek. For what Stone Creek offers, their prices were easily the best within a 2 mile radius of CSU's campus.
