laid back and comfortable

Living here is conveniently outside of town but still close to everything. Most of the neighbors are friendly and keep to themselves, kids are regularly playing outside around the property. The pool, exercise room, playground, and parking lot are well maintained. Rent has been steadily increasing the last few years so not as affordable as it was when we moved here. Grass is well maintained and landscaping crews are here frequently for upkeep. Good neighborhood for short morning walks with or without a dog. The apartments themselves are basic and the central air is adequate. Any complaints about indoor maintenance are usually fixed in a timely manner.
