Expensive

Have had multiple issues with leasing office not fixing my problems with my lease in time and then when I resigned I was too late so I have to pay late fees.

Not Worth cost

The walls are paper thin. I can hear my upstairs neighbor peeing. The cabinetry is cheap and my apartment still smells like smoke in the closets from previous tenants. The charges from all the fees make my rent hundreds more than I intended on paying making me have to work two jobs to keep up. I won't be renewing my lease. Maintenance staff is really great

Great place, bad room mate.

This is a great location next to a lot of very close shopping centers and restaurants. I love living at this location but i cant live with my current room mate any longer!
