Become a part of Brix

Brix on Bellview is one of the best properties ive lived in thus far. The location is great for commute, broadway is a one stop shop very convenient area, neighbors are not shy, very welcoming and friendly staff as well. Ive been bere fir a year and so far so good ive had a few things that were not up to par when i moved in but the new team has done nothing but reausure that they will be taken care of. The pool is very large.

I have enjoyed living here for the past 2 years. Just got new management company and they seem like they really want to provide a wonderful living environment and are taking care of any issues that come up.

Decent

It was an alright place for a low price but management was always hard to get in contact with. Same with maintenance my toilet was broken for a week before I got a call back about fixing it. Washer and dryers were constantly broken and not enough in each building for how many residents are in them.
