The unit itself is really good. The garage is small And doesnt fit my truck. The ac/heat varies too much depending in what dloor youre on. There are some design issues. Could be better with small changes

Worth Considering

Our unit has been great. We love the location and feel very safe in this neighborhood. It is a convenient location to many places. The only negative I could list would be that there is no snow removal as stated would be done in the lease agreement and lawn and weeds out front of the property have only been maintainced once this summer season.

We’ve been living in our unit for about 3 years now. We only intended to be here for one lease cycle, but given the housing market, we’ll probably be here for at least another year. It’s good for the price. We’ve definitely run into some new-build issues. It’s taken maintenance a little while to respond to our requests when we’ve had to make them, but when they do get to the unit the issues have been timely fixed. The rooftop deck on each unit is amazing. The only downside is there isnt a water hookup on the roof.
