I've lived here for nearly 5 years now and I truly love my home. The location is phenomenal, its a small space, but designed to feel cozy and unique. It is close to the city and the mountains and just minutes form Sloans Lake. Of course every space has it's issues, but maintenance is quick and efficient. Maintenance on the property is mediocre and the trash can be an issue, but other than that, it's a great place to live.

I have lived here for 4 year now. I love my cute and cozy 1 bedroom. A bit overpriced because they have raised the rent each year since I moved in. It is a great location, the neighborhood is safe and quiet. Easy to access the mountains and downtown. Tons of great places to eat and drink within walking distance.

Location and place is fine, but very humid. Mold grows all over the walls. Wake up with wet pillows and sheets even while running 2 dehumidifiers! Maintenance came a few times but found "nothing wrong". Every unit has a similar issue but ours is the worst. Trying to get in contact with FourStar is almost impossible unless they want you to move in.
