The house is very old so had several maintenance issues. FourStar Staff (Mainly Robert and Sam) were amazing in being sure all issues were resolved in a timely manner. Had some issues with maintenance vendors that Robert and Sam were also able to assist with. The property location was amazing. Ended up buying a house of my own and they even made the process of a lease takeover VERY painless and quick. Overall, working with those two at FourStar has been a pleasant endeavor.
