Near everything

I have been here 4 months now. Maintenence is very responsive, there is always parking, people come by to vacuum the hallways and clean up outside around the building

Mostly Convenient

It's all about location. Very walkable/bikeable. Just 2 blocks from York/Josephine, and easy access to downtown. Parking is difficult. Street parking is full, and management doesn't monitor/enforce parking spaces, it's kind of a free for all. The 3 washers and 4 dryers are normally available, but could use a good cleaning and dryer vent scrub. Actual apartment is very nice, new appliances in kitchen and well re-done bathroom. Original hardwood and solid doors. Radiator heat, which is better than baseboard in my opinion.

lots of problems so far

didn't have hot water in the kitchen for the fist month ,haven't received mail since ive been here(2 months) There is no door to my mail box, they never warn you of maintenance, (its not very pleasant when a war vet wakes up to hammering on the wall)

Good location

I've lived at Leetonia for nine months. While it doesn't come with a gym, a lot of space, or even enough outlets, it is located near everything I could ever want. I am happy to live here and have made this place my home.

Great location with a lot of charm!

I have lived here since January and while I love my apartment, it has been extremely difficult to contact anyone regarding maintenance (I put a request in months ago for a faucet change that has yet to be fulfilled) and the leasing staff are completely unavailable. I have sent multiple emails to the leasing staff with no response and have not been provided a phone number to call the office. The building feels safe and I absolutely love the area. My apartment is great, the perfect studio in my opinion. My main complaint is how difficult it is to contact anyone.
