Alright I guess

Maintenance team can be very rude and doesn't really do their job. Parking always seem to be full and I always have to park so far away from my own building. But overall it's an alright place to live for a bit

Couldn't be happier!!!!

We recently moved in after having serious issues previously with our last property management company (Advenir). The Hudson has been a complete 180 from what we dealt with prior. We felt welcome from the moment we handed in our application. The maintenance fixed the only problem we had on the same day without issue. We feel much safer here than where we were prior, and also the crime in this specific complex is non-existent. The units are beautiful, and the balconies are huge! The pricing for the units is incredible too! The premises are cleaned regularly and are kept wonderful! I would recommend The Hudson at Highline to anyone!

Outstanding and vigilant service

I just wanted to acknowledge that the maitnence staff here is always very quick to handle work orders, are always professional and pleasant to have in my home, and they almost always have the issue resolved the day they arrive. I really appreciate their work and their consistency.

Office staff

I don’t appreciate when you to go the office to take care of a notice that left on my door. The notice stating we owed $35.00. Didn’t state why we owed. When I got to the office asked what the notice was about Daniela asked if I would take a seat I said no I don’t want to sit down. She wasn’t going to help me if I didn’t sit down. So that made me more upset. Then my voice tone did get a bit louder I wanted this to be taken care of ASAP. Management has changed three maybe even four times since we have been living here. The whole notice was because they didn’t show in their records that I had renters insurance. I had sent numerous emails with my renters insurance. So I had to take my time to go the the damn office and show I had renters insurance. Then I had to forward it for the 10th time to the office again while I had to sit there. People should have to be forced to sit down if they don’t want to, to get help from the office. Especially if you sit down all day. So I say watch out for management and their hidden fees or make damn sure you have actual paper to show all proof. Their email sucks. I say that due to the fact I have to email proof of anything numerous times. Never had a problem with paying my rent always paid on time all three years we have been here but now with this new management NOT HAPPY AY ALL.
