I've lived here for about a year. Typically park in the alleyway behind the building. The area is absolutely beautiful and it's hard to beat the value of the unit. Maintenance takes a long time to respond to requests and there's a lot of traffic nearby that makes it a bit noisy. Management has been really helpful in getting problems addressed properly. Great neighbors and community!

There is nothing special about the place. I've been living here for 8 years now. Average apartment the building is a little old, but it is in a good neighborhood. With the rent prices nowadays I view it as a pretty good value. The off street parking is nice.
