Dog Breed Restrictions: Dogs are restricted by breed and Shea Apartments does not allow any of the following breeds or any mix of the following breeds: Akita, Bullmastiff, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Mastiff, Shar Pei, Rottweiler, Pit Bull Terrier including Staffordshire Terrier, Am. Staffordshire Terrier or Bull Terrier, Presa Canario or Wolf Dog. Pet Deposits: Pet deposit is $300 and must be paid at or before move-in. Pet Fee: There is an additional $35 a month pet fee.

Nice place to live and work from home

We have lived here for one year. It's been a great place for us to live and work from home. We can almost never hear our neighbors or the road noise. The community is usually clean and quiet, the front desk staff are friendly and helpful.

Very nice, a few maintenance issues (not the fault of staff)

Great view from my 6th floor west-facing apartment! The parking gate situation has been frustrating - sometimes my card won't open the gate. And there was a flooding issue one time that impacted much of the building. But overall the building is beautiful with great amenities and kind people.

I have have a good experience living here, good gym, good parking. The maintenance aspect leaves to be desired as gated parking gates constantly break and the staff isn't always reliable.

Tangent 2023

I have lived here just over three years. . .all in all it has been a great transitional place for me to live. I will be leaving April 1 to travel extensively. I think the only negative I can think of during my stay here is that people absolutely do not follow the no smoking on the property rule. Pot, cigarettes, whatever. The smoke/ smell in the hallway is constant. . .it's a bummer that people aren't following that rule for sure. Otherwise, I have loved my life here at Tangent, and will definitely miss my VIEW!!

Great place to live.

We have lived here less than one month. We find it well maintained and the staff are very professional and helpful. I would highly recommend living here. The scene from our windows is fantastic.
