Good for Price

I really like our apartment - it's super spacious and modern. The location is good because it's walking distance to a lot of places, but also pretty sketchy. There have been some improvements to the staff but communication has been an issue in the past. Overall, it's a great place for the price.

Great value!

Ive lived here for over a year, and recently resigned for another year. The value is great for what you get— huge apartments, balconies, and in the heart of Cap Hill. Theres no ameneities, but thats what you get for the price. Ever since we got a new property manager, they have been very accomodating and helpful! The location is as you would expect a city apartment! I love it here

Great value

The location is awesome, close enough to things going on but not super downtown. The people living here are really friendly too! The communication with management can be a little delayed sometimes, but the price/value of the apartment itself is unbeatable. Modern appliances, cute balconies, and huge living spaces! No amenities but you get what you pay for. I am excited to resign my lease!!
