Marla Manor is in a really nice location close to shops and dining, good experience so far. Property is well maintained and pretty clean.

Termination, and, maintenance issues.

I've contacted the office 3 to 4 times. Not one response. I have a maintenance issue of a water link under the kitchen sink. Everytime i wash dishes there's a water leak. And, i have medical issues that require me to relocate to a less stressful environment. I have a brain that has been discovered after going yo the ER for dizziness on 12 July 2020. I will need to terminate my lease very soon.

Over Priced, Lacking Maintenance

The sinks and bathtubs back up very badly, I can't shower without standing in a bathtub filled past my ankles. They charge for absolutely everything, the maintenance crew is subpar. A woman living on the 3rd floor broke BOTH of her ankles coming down the stairs because there was a hole in the floor that was covered up by carpet. The doors to get into the building stay open so there is very little security along with the door buzzers not working ever since I moved in. The back door to the parking lot was missing the lock cylinder for about 2 weeks. The landscaping crew blows rocks towards the windows (hopefully i don't get charged for the damages they caused). In the winter, the parking lot rarely gets plowed leaving ice patches all over the lot and causing individuals to slip and fall. After the first year, they'll try raising your rent by an absurd amount. They come into the unit to do "repairs" but then leave a hole in the wall for days and then don't finish sanding and repainting the patch for months. I'm afraid to submit a maintenance report due to them trying to charge me for the failure to properly maintain the units. I know I'll be receiving very little of my security deposit back even though I will be leaving the unit it better condition then when I arrived.
