Not the best maintained building

The building isn't well maintained there are scuffs and the carpet is filthy. The exterior landscaping is non-existent and it looks unfinished. The exterior lights work during the day rather than at night. Parking is a nightmare and it's only going to get worse. The amenities at the sister property are great but that's the sister property, we have use of it, but it's not on site. We have no amenities. And, we have the slowest elevator ever experienced. It's ridiculous.
