Well priced
I think that area is really great but I wish there was an elevator. The apartment is well sized but i do find it to be slopped. Maintenance is fast and kind. The parking lot behind the building is very accessible to the back door which is nice. I think it’s a great apartment for the price it’s at specially being at the location of downtown near the stadium and Lamar Street.

Fun while time is lasting
It has been a process finding my own place and now living by myself. Truly appreciate the housing I have currently. There are minor things that make my stay a bit more comfortable than the last placed I lived, but all is well
