Location is everything

I like living in black swan mostly because of where is isnin Denver. Congress Park is an awesome neighborhood. The value for what you get is ok, hahing a pool in this area is awesome. The woorst part is only having one window unit per apartment because it doesn’t do much. The bathrooms in the 2 bedroom apartments are also miniature, so not ideal for anyone tall.

The community is amazing. Everyone is so friendly anf it feels like a big family. The sunlight is great with tje big windows and the location cant be beat.

After living here for 7 months, I love the apartment and location, but the maintenance is not great and staff can take a while to get back to you.
