Glad to be here!

I moved to my residence Sept 30,2020. I was sure of what to initially expect of the busy intersection near the property but I after I moved in and realized all of the convenient shopping centers in walking distance I was very happy of the choice I made. The community is nice the property is well maintained although Security does need to do more frequent rounds unfortunately my nephews vehicle was damaged due to an attempt to steal then on a 2nd attempt it was stolen luckily it was located and returned by Denver Police. I refuse to let that incident ruin my stay, I'm overall excited to live here and continue to enjoy my future time at this site!!

Love living here

I love my apartment it's beautiful and they fix things that need to be fixed fast and well even despite the covid thing. I can't comment on parking because i have no car but the location of this place is great too! I can walk to everything easily. The staff is always kind and responsive to me. Only thing I can complain about is I wish we could have the outside of our buildings repainted or something to make them look nicer. My mom told me they look like project lmao but I mean the inside of my apartment is beautiful and we definetly don't pay project type rent, yikes. Also the elevators and hallways could be cleaner and repainted too but i know the owners just took over this place so I'm just making some suggestions! overall i'm highly satisfied living here! I don't wanna move

Good Apt need improvement

I would like to thank for the new management and their initiative. Including cleaning so hoping for continue the same process all the time to maintain hygiene. Apartment amenities looks okay . Hoping for new management will take care the maintenance requests on priority so this will help resident and management.
