It will work if you're looking for an overpriced roof over your head, but if you want comfort, storage, or safety this house is not for you. Broken window frames, a rotted out front door frame, and uneaven floors will be the first thing you notice about this historical 120 year old house. If you make it until the winter, you'll notice that the back room has the tendency to get cold (like low 40s on the inside if its cold out, im serious), so if you like it cold and hate closets, this is the room for you. None, literally none of the windows are safe by any stretch of the imagination. luckily the appliances work, although they never cared enough to hook up water to the fridge. So you've moved in and noticed something is broken so you let 4 star know, well they wont do anything about it, like as long as you live there they wont help you. The customer service was outwardly rude and unhelpful and almost as disappointing as the property itself. And dont expect the grounds fees to cover actual maintenance, they WILL NOT shovel or plow no matter how much it snows. The ONLY redeeming factor is the proximity to Regis, other than that stay away from this property and absolutely stay away from 4 star, trust me if you listen to me then you'll never have to realize how right I am, if you don't listen to me you'll be wishing you did in few months.
