I moved in Jan 2024 and have enjoyed my time at the property. We had plumbing issues and before we had the chance to put in a maintenance request, FourStar sent someone out to take a look since our water bill was very high. I've also had two other maintenance requests that were resolved within 48 hours. This attention to care is very appreciated and very uncommon. When it snows, we do not have to worry about shoveling since it is included in our rent. For the price, we are very happy and have lots of space. We look forward to the rest of our time here!

Love the location and price. I initially thought there would be air conditiong, but I just misread the listing. The parking is easy and plentiful, I just wish there was off street parking. Maintenance is wonderful. 8/10 overall

This place was exactly what I was looking for - 2 bedroom with a private fenced yard, yard care/shoveling included, and W/D in unit in the Park Hill area for a great price! I've been a FourStar tenant for about 8 months (10 month lease) and just resigned for another 12. The only area that leaves something to be desired is maintenance responsiveness, but great place overall.
