Overall

I have resided at this property for almost 3 years. I am familiar with the neighborhood and enjoy living in the area, therefore, the location is great. Maintenance at the property has improved. More can be done to plant grass which will really help reduce the dirt and dust that enters into the unit when the windows and doors are open. Neighbors are friendly and quiet.

Property Review

I have lived at this property for 3 years. I enjoy the property's location. However, the property's yard appearance needs work. I was looking for a 2 bedroom apartment and glad I was able to find one. The closet and storage space is smaller than I am used to. Maintenance (outside of emergencies) need a little improvement.
