This is the best location I’ve lived in Denver so far- close to Platte st, 32nd, Mile High Stadium, and a short run to Sloans Lake! I love that each unit has a patio for lots of outdoor space. The updated bathroom is also a plus- especially with in unit washer/dryer. Overall a great place for one person!

Quiet, yet close to almost several good restaurants. Easy to go downtown and easy to hop on I70 and head up to the mountains. Apartments are freshly remodeled so they look amazing.
