I've lived at this property for just over a month and am a little disappointed. The backyard is completely unkempt, the original doors and windows are still in the place and only half work as intended. There are weird walls and cover ups all over the house and the floors don't quite extend all the way to the walls in some areas. It is nice being close to University of Denver and the surrounding area and it is cheap but that is about it.
