Decent house, great location to DU, but we've had squirrels living in the ceiling, overpriced utilities, and problems with other things around the house.

The home is not well-maintained by the landlord and property management company. My son was without bathroom facilities in one of the bathrooms for a month due to back up sewage that made the area uninhabitable/unusable. We were told there would be a rental offset due to the inconvenience and sewage issue --- that never came to fruition. Landlord and maintenance group is non-responsive especially due to the fact that the rent paid is extremely high for what you're getting. We also pay for monthly yard maintenance ($100 per month) which is an absolute joke. They are overcharging for what is done -- in fact nothing is done.
