The property is great but handling four-star is the worst. No one knows what's going on in the building. I hear 10 different things every single time I call. I am not trying to be mean because most of the employees are pretty nice in conversation... just unknowledgeable. If you're going to work at the office, I suggest knowing how to do your job?
