I have lived here for over a year and am planning to continue living here. It is definitely one of the cheapest options around in the area for rent but it has its draw backs as well. The parking cost is double the price that every other person I know in the surrounding area pays and a second spot costs even more. With this huge expense there also no options for guests within the garage as others have. That being said, there is at least this option to have indoor parking that random people cannot enter. For maintenance, we have not personally had anything that needed to be fixed in our apartment. But several things have needed repair on a whole building level. Some of these things were fixed in a day or two and some such as the water heater or air conditioning system took over a week to a couple months. For noise, we have never had issues with noise from our neighbors. Occasionally I hear doors slam but otherwise everything seems to be pretty noose containing. As for amenities there is a very nice gym, that I really should use more often. And the grills on the roof are very nice as well. It doesn't have everything other places may have but it has the amenities that I am more likely to use. The staff have been helpful every time that I have needed help on anything and they have been sure to fix any issues we run into on rent or package delivery. The location is great for bars, however it is definitely closer to the "tent city" homeless are then I would like. That is something that you have to live with to be in the city, but we are close enough that there are always people right outside the building. About 1 block away you would be in an area that you don't really want to ever walk through.
