I am at student at the University of Denver. This house is 30 minutes walking to my classes which is rather far. It is nice and spacious but rather expensive compared to other options, especially because ones closer by are less expensive. I was in a desperate search for house so that is why I ended up there. The sink does not have much hot water and one of the upstairs showers doesn't turn past luke warm either. The microwave has been broken since I moved in in January and has not be repaired. It does not spin and the handle is broken. The oven was broken when I moved in and was semi repaired.
