My car got hit while I was parked on the street, and no note was left. Fourstar never picks up the phone. The garage has been broken since we moved in. The garage is full of trash that is not ours.

Lived here for one year; it is very hard to get in contact with landlord. Maintenance fixes take a bit to get done.

I have enjoyed living in the house, but when something needs to get done it is impossible to get in contact with Four Star, and when you do they are not very helpful. Even when something was broken before you moved in and you noted it many time, they will still charge you for maintenance. Even though it was broken before you even were a resident and asked them to fix it. Additionally when things are broght to their attention they will lie right to your face. When we moved in there was a toilet broken in half out in the yard and when asked to remove it, it took them over a month to get ride of it. They said that someone must have dumped it there between them cleaning and us moving in, even though it was there when we did a house tour. Additionally cleaners stayed long into the time we were allowed to move in so there was no time in-between cleaners leaving and us being there. Which is disregarding the fact that nothing was clean and there was a layer of dust, even though the we went right in once we could. One of the time that we were able to get some onto to look at appliances maintenance broke a water pipe which caused our basement to flood, but they charge us for their the clean up of the basement. Even though they were the once who broke the pipe. Overall the house is nice, it would be better if management was able to properly maintain the house and property as a whole. The yard is an eye sore because they do no maintenance for it, even though we pay a lay serves fee every month. Additionally on the rare occasion that you can get a hold of them they will hang up on you, if you are talking to them about something they do want to do, such as remove a fee that should not be there. You have to go down in person and the manger of the location is rude and unhelpful. When a problem arises that they directly caused they are not willing to be accommodating when fixing their mistake.
