Great little spit! Very affordable! We hace enjoyed living there despite a fe examples of having a hard tome getting maintenance.

If you came into my house todat we have a problem. You did NOT inform us nor ok that with us. I was here yesterday expecting you. There are items needing taken care of. Lights are blinking.. would tell me a short somewhere. Fire hazard. One detector started bipping just last night. Need batteries. And this notice is late. I dropped the rent Sat. At the office in the slot in your door. cashiers cheque. After trying to get registered and figure out your site and fees etc ti pay my rent timely. Do I need to type more to get this to save??????
