Clean grounds. Pleasant area.

Updated apartment kitchen and bathroom. Very clean and fresh moving in. I’m a swimmer. Having an outdoor pool is nice. But it closed like public pools did when school started.

Enjoyable Living Place - Great Location

As I am getting ready to move, I want to take a moment to express my appreciation for the staff, both office and maintenance during these past two years.. They are the best I have ever met - thank you all! I am moving for a few reasons, mostly relating to the fact that I am aging and feel the need for a less active population (people who party like it's 1999 as opposed to my rapidly growing number of millennial neighbors!). These are cute apartments - love the closet space! I recommend this complex especially because you will be very well taken care of!

Great Location

Great location for Ft Carson and Peterson AFB. Affordable and well kept. I lived here for 3 years, and I found the staff and maintenance to be very accommodating. I would recommend Windmill Apts.
