Great Place to live

I will recommend this place to anyone specially if you are stationed in Fort Carson, it took me about 7 minutes to go work, gate 3 is right in front of the apartments, my daughter's school less than a mile away, neighbors very friendly, maintenance always there to help, good parking spots, office staff always have time for you very professional, loved the pool and gym, the apartment has a lot of space. if I have to come back again I will definitely, stay here.

Apartment Review

The location is good for those working on Fort Carson and it's close to downtown. One of the staff members is very rude and never helpful. There are numerous hidden fees in the lease and if you are one day late on rent there are late fees and ridiculous attorney fees. You will not be given a notice of late rent nor a set date of when rent is due.

All is well

All is pretty much well. The maintenance team is very reliable which I appreciate. My neighbors are very noisy plus I’m always smelling cigarettes and marijuana coming from my surrounding neighbors which is unacceptable considering I now have a newborn. Additionally, why am I being charged for pest control when I haven’t seen pest control come to my apartment in over two months?
