Live here

Community and customer service are both very important to me and i find it in an abundance at Hyde Park North. between the quick response to any concern from the Property Manager, to the willingness of the cleaning staff and maintenance staff to quickly respond to any issues that arise, make it feel more like a home. I would recommend family and friends to this location with the true belief that they could build and maintain a community. P.S. Just wish the pool would reopen though LOL

The staff are great

i often see our property manager lauren cleaning and taking part in the maintenance and upkeep of the apartment. and she is always friendly and stops to talks to residents as do most of the other staff ove come across

Hyde Park North

The units are affordable, they are kept in good condition. maintenance is always on top of things unless it's covid season... Lol. The office staff are very helpful and knowledgeable understanding as well as caring. I'm renewing my lease for another year. If you're a good family that just needs a break this place is a wonderful residence to raise your family. Even the pet deposits and pet rents aren't atrocious.

GREAT PLACE

ANYONE CAN LIVE IN AN APARTMENT BUT THE STAFF HERE MAKES IT A FEELING OF A HOME THEY ARE CARING AND WHEN THERE IS A PROBLEM THEY REALLY DO HELP LOCATION IS FANTASTIC CLOSE TO INTERSTATE AND ANYTHING ELSE YOU CAN POSSIBLY NEED

Good location

These apartments are near the highway and isn't a bad location, staff is friendly and warm welcoming. All year round pool, great place to start if you are first time renter.
