Love living here

Been here almost a year. This is my first experience renting an apartment. I love it here. I've only had two problems here the last year and management was quick to help me while being both friendly and professional. I do wish the residents with dogs would clean up after them as the common yard is looking like a litter box. Even with that I plan on staying here for the foreseeable future. Thank you so much for making a lovely living space!

Extremely noisy neighbors

The neighbors above me are beyond rude and loud. I spend most of the day listening to their kids throw objects, running up and down the apartment, jumping and pounding on the floor, fighting with each other, the father yelling at his family constantly, and it prevents my child from being able to take naps. I also can't sleep well most of the time. I usually get 4 hours of sleep a day. It can be hard to even enjoy a movie due to the noise. The tenant above me also keeps old furniture and trash outside their front door. Most tenants don't pick up after their dogs as well. This is not a great apartment complex.

Absolutely amazing

Everything from maintenance to management has been absolutely astounding, they have been able to work with us and be very understanding as well as helpful, I would highly recommend them to any of my friends and/or family

Noise

Since i got the apartment there is a lot of noise around the building, most of the time there are fights on other apartments and they even bring fights outside which everyone could hear it sometimes doesn` t feel safe at all. Just thought of letting you know

Great Price & Location, Poor Maintenance

Proximity to downtown is great, and the rent is very affordable. Parking lot is full of abandoned cars, courtyard is full of poop, neighbors are noisy, and maintenance is overwhelmed with work orders.
