Awesome Customer Service!

The ladies in the office are so helpful and wonderful! Kathy has helped us throughout some of the most difficult things in just a month's time. She even helped us on her free time! We cannot describe how grateful we are and how amazing she is! Gabrielle is the most flexible and understanding manager that we have interacted with. She is so kind. Paige is a very warm, friendly voice when I spoke with her. She is probably the reason we live here now, as our first interaction went so well. Thank you ladies for everything that you do, even in these uncertain times. You work is tremendous!

pretty good place

Literally not a single parking spot in the entire complex after 6pm. We have great amenities that we can't use- even though it has been said by the governor and the CDC that pools could and should reopen. Maintenence was pretty slow about fixing our AC when it quit working (they did give us window units for the time being- but that made our utility bill increase by almost 50 dollars for the month for using them for over 2 weeks.) but overall it was fixed and they were kind throughout the process. The staff has always been kind to us. The location is perfect. It has it's problems, as I'm sure every apartment complex has, but it's the best place we have lived for sure.
